Robert E. Dawyot, P.E., president of Allied Engineers, Inc. has over thirty years experience in the design wastewater reclamation systems. He has participated in the planning, permitting, design, and construction of over 60 wastewater recycling systems in the western United States. These sites included golf course developments, small decentralized communities, commercial buildings, and wineries.

Prior to joining Allied Engineers, he was employed by ARCO Environmental, Inc. As Engineering Manager he had full responsibility for project design and treatment plant commissioning in the Western United States.

Earlier in his career he supervised development of a comprehensive water quality management plan for the Susquehanna River Basin which entailed the analysis of municipal and industrial wastewater facilities, abatement of combined sewer and agricultural drainage pollution, maintenance of surface and groundwater quality, mitigation of effects of acid mine drainage, and disposal of hazardous wastes.
